Join us as we celebrate the end of the summer season here in Hong Kong. We are planning an evening to remember with a summer theme and a casual dress code – think shorts, Hawaiian shirts, maybe even a little Miami Vice!
We’ll be opening some superb bottles, starting with chilled Champagne, including Taittinger’s classic Comtes de Champagne 2011, before we dive into White Burgundies and, to top it off, a classic Clos St Hune 2003 from Trimbach. Moving in to exquisite reds, we’ll enjoy top wines from Domaine Fourrier, Clos Rougeard, Chateau Montrose, and many more! Delicious canapés will complement each sip.
