Acker HK Delivery
Air Freight Delivery: London to Hong Kong
For all customers shipping wine from the UK to HK, Acker guarantees the following services:
- • Monthly consolidated air shipments
- • All wines are fully insured throughout shipment
- • Wines are seal-wrapped and collected from our state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled warehouse at Eton Park, and delivered to our specialist forwarder’s temperature-controlled facilities at Heathrow airport.
- • Wines are then loaded onto the aircraft and flown direct on a non-stop flight from London to Hong Kong in a pressurised cabin.
- • On arrival, goods are unloaded immediately into a temperature-controlled unit at the airport.
- • Collection from the airport is made by a temperature-controlled truck and delivered to our own warehouse in Kennedy Town.
- • Once the wines arrive at our warehouse they are held in perfect storage conditions until delivery is needed.
- • From there delivery is made in a temperature-controlled vehicles.
- • Acker is also able to offer storage for your wines should you need
Delivery Charges
- • HKD 1,196 for 12 bottles
- • HKD 988 per 12 bottles for 24-48 bottles
- • HKD 884 per 12 bottles for 60 bottles+
- • Minimum charge is HKD 1,196 (regardless of the number of bottles)
- • One bottle is 750ml

Meet The Team
Nick Martin
Managing Director, UK
Nick set up Acker’s UK entity as a fine wine merchant in early 2021. From his first job at Berry Bros & Rudd, through to nearly a decade at Farr Vintners, he has always held the belief that the most enjoyable part of building a wine collection is the discovery of awe-inspiring wines, and providing as many of those memorable wine moments as possible to collectors is what really drives him. When he’s not doing that, he’s probably trying to find any excuse to go sailing down on the south coast, come rain or shine.
Toby I’Anson
Sales Director, UK
Toby’s first proper job was at Christie’s from where, sixteen years ago he entered the wine trade. He joined Acker in 2023 as the UK Sales Director after senior roles at J&B, Clarion and Vinum and oversees developing our UK customer base. He is an active Liveryman of the Vintners’ Company and when not with his wife and three children in Salisbury, Norwich City FC is dear to his heart, as is anything food related (especially cheese!).
Alice Serena
Head of UK Logistics
Alice’s rich multicultural perspective underpins her expertise in global logistics. Her career began managing complex supply chains across decoration, design, fashion, and luxury goods before cementing her passion for fine wine. During her five-year tenure at Justerini & Brooks, Alice mastered fine wine and spirits logistics before bringin her expertise to Acker. She speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish fluently, enjoys dancing Argentinian tango and of course exploring new wines.
George Parkinson
Buyer, UK
George's unwavering passion for fine wine began at university and upon graduating he wasted no time in expanding his knowledge. Starting his career in wine at Jeroboams on the shop floor, he moved to Berry Bros & Rudd and joined their broking team before becoming the Asia buyer. Outside of work George enjoys following his beloved Norwich football club, cricket, and a golfing weekend.
Shima Allum
UK Logistics Executive
Shima oversees UK logistics, ensuring efficient deliveries and smooth operations, backed by over 10 years’ experience in customer service. She enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures, especially through their local cuisine.
